Q: How can I sort my applications?

A: It's easy to sort your applications in the Applications tab. Simply click any column heading to sort by that field. Click again to sort in the reverse order.

Q: Why can't I change the filing date of my application?

A: The filing date of an application does not change, so there is no reason to edit it.

Q: Am I required to provide information (docket number, application number, title/inventor) identifying my application?

A: You are required to provide the application number, the filing date, and other data needed for the term calculation, but other details such as your docket number are not required. Such optional application information is captured solely to assist you in locating and identifying the application you are working on, and you may choose to leave these fields blank.
